When should I book?

I highly recommend booking at least one month in advance. I do book out early, and I’d hate for you to miss out on your preferred date. For Parties, Events or Weddings I highly recommend booking six months in advance, as more preparation and time is needed for these packages.

What if it rains?

If heavy rain or storms are predicted during your session time, we’ll simply reschedule to a better day. Because the weather can change so quickly, I make the final call within 24 hours of your session.
If needed, I can also make last-minute suggestions, and we can decide together on any location changes.

What if we need to cancel due to Illness?

Life happens, especially with little ones. If you or your family are unwell, we can reschedule your session to the next available date that suits you. I just ask that you let me know as early as possible so we can make new plans smoothly.

What happens if the photographer is unwell?

If I’m unwell and unable to photograph your session, I will contact you immediately and reschedule to the soonest available date. In the rare instance that rescheduling isn’t possible, I’ll organise a full refund of your deposit.

How do we choose a location?

I have a selection of beautiful outdoor spots that I’ve personally tried, tested, and love—perfect for sunrise or sunset sessions and my editing style. These include the beach, river, bushland, salt flats, and studio options.

Once you’re booked in, I’ll send you a PDF with my recommended locations, and we can chat about what will suit your session best. You’re also welcome to browse my Facebook or Instagram, take a screenshot of any spot you love, and share it with me.

Where do you travel?

All sessions are held in Mandurah and surrounding areas.
A small fee of $50 applies for locations outside a 25 km travel radius.

Who can attend my family session?

All listed prices are for immediate families only (one couple and their children).
If you’d like to bring extended family members, please consider upgrading to an Extended Family Photoshoot.

What should we wear?

Neutral, earthy tones always photograph beautifully—nothing too busy or heavily patterned.
When you book, I’ll send you a styling guide with simple, helpful suggestions to make choosing outfits easy.

How do I secure my booking?

A $150 deposit is required at the time of confirmation, with the remaining balance due 2 days before your session. Please note: galleries will not be released until final payment has been received.

What’s included in each package?

Each package includes a select number of high-resolution images, as detailed in the package description. Your final edited images will be delivered through your own private, password-protected online gallery.

How will I receive my images?

Your images will be available in your online gallery, where you can view, download, print, and share your selected high-resolution photos with family and friends.

Can I purchase extra images?

Yes! If you’d like more images than what your package includes, you can purchase additional images for $100. Please let me know if this is something you’re interested in.

How long until I receive my images?

Your full gallery will be ready within 3 weeks of your session. I always aim to deliver earlier when possible, so you may receive them sooner. Weddings, however, will be an 8 to 10 week turnaround.

Do you offer custom or extended photography options?

Absolutely. If you’re looking for extended coverage, a unique location, or a fully customised session, I’m more than happy to chat and tailor something just for you.
