The daycare years pass by quickly, filled with small but meaningful moments. I capture children at play with natural, authentic portraits that families will treasure, while giving your centre a professional and memorable presence.
No staged backdrops. No bright, scary lights. Minimal posing. Just your child exploring, playing, and being themselves.
I take the time to connect with each child — singing, reading, or joining in their favourite activities — so the photos feel relaxed and authentic. I hold a Working with Children Check and bring over 10 years of experience supporting children, including those with a variety of abilities and challenges, ensuring every child feels comfortable and happy. What to expect: I handle it all, so you don’t have to worry.
Once you’re ready to go, I’ll email the director / Manager with all the PDFs to share with parents. Payments go straight to me, parents return order forms to the centre and the rest is no fuss, just fun!
All this comes as part of my affordable daycare portrait packages.
STEP 1: Your centre picks a date for the photo day and emails all parents of the up-and-coming shoot with the provided material.
STEP 2: Parents return order forms and pay online by the advertised order cut-off date.
STEP 3: I collect all completed order forms from families at the centre before the shoot.
STEP 4: Photoshoot day! I typically work between 9:30 am and 11:30 am, extending if needed to photograph all children. Complimentary staff photos are taken at a time that suits your centre within the allotted photo day timeframe.
STEP 5: I carefully choose, edit, print, and package all orders to return to the centre by the advertised due date.
Daycare sitting fee: $200
This covers the full photography sitting. While I usually allow around two hours, there is no extra cost if we go over time to ensure every child is photographed comfortably and natural.
Bonus: Staff photos can be taken with no extra charge on the day
Parent Photo Package - $35 per child
This includes a single pose package, printed in multiple sizes:
· 1 x A4 print
· 1 x 10 x 8” print
· 1 x 5 x 7” print
